Spicy Chicken and Tangerine Kabobs

Sweet, spicy and savory in all the right ways.
|2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes|
|2 red bell peppers, chopped|
|4 tangerines, peeled and segmented|
|1 onion, chopped|
|4 tablespoons Cajun seasoning|
|4 metal skewers|
|1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onion|
- Prepare grill for medium heat.
- While grill is heating, thread chicken, bell pepper, tangerine segment, and onion onto each skewer. Repeat until all ingredients are gone. Sprinkle skewers with Cajun seasoning.
- Place kabobs on grill rack and cook for about 10 minutes, turning kabobs occasionally while grilling.
- Garnish with green onions and enjoy!
