Easy Pineapple Fritters





Serves 12
Excellent with your morning coffee.
Ingredients:
1 can crushed pineapples, drained, 20 oz. |
1 1/2 cups flour |
1 cup cooking oil |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1/2 cup milk |
Powdered sugar, for topping |
Directions:
- Pour cooking oil into a pan. Bring to medium heat.
- Combine flour, baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Once mixed, add milk and pineapples. Stir together until dough sticks together.
- Separate dough into 12 equal pieces. Press down with a spatula to create patties. Place dough in hot oil pan and cook until browned then flip. Repeat with remaining dough to make fritters.
- Place fritters on paper towels and top with powdered sugar.
