Mango Pico De Gallo

A sweeter take on the classic dip.
|3 tomatoes, seeded and diced|
|1 mango, diced|
|1/2 red onion, diced|
|1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, chopped|
|1 fresh jalapeno, seeded and minced|
|2 tablespoons fresh lime juice|
|1/4 tsp salt|
|Tortilla chips, for serving|
- Combine tomatoes, mango, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice and salt in a large bowl. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
- Remove from the refrigerator, serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
