Pomegranate-Apple Mint Salad





Serves 2
In the mood for something healthy and sweet?
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons honey |
2 tablespoons mint leaves, chopped |
2 apples, cored and sliced |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
1 cup pomegranate arils |
Directions:
- Toss together lime juice, pomegranate arils and apple slices, in a salad bowl.
- Top with mint leaves and drizzle honey over entire mixture.
- Serve in small bowls and enjoy!
