Simple Ribeye Roast





Serves 8
Create a savory and satisfying roast with just four ingredients!
Ingredients:
6 lb. ribeye roast, trimmed |
2 tablespoons canola oil |
Kosher salt, to taste |
Ground black pepper, to taste |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Place rib eye in a roasting pan. Rub oil all over roast. Sprinkle roast with salt and black pepper. Insert an ovenproof meat thermometer into the middle of the roast, making sure not to touch bone.
- Place pan in oven and roast for about 90 minutes for medium doneness.
- Remove from oven and let rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
