Shrimp Cocktail with Remoulade

Incredibly flavorful and surprisingly easy to prepare.
|2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice|
|1/3 cup mayonnaise|
|1/4 cup yellow onions, chopped|
|1/4 cup green onions, chopped,green and white parts|
|2 tablespoons chopped celery|
|1 tablespoon chopped garlic|
|1 tablespoon horseradish|
|2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard|
|1 tablespoon yellow mustard|
|2 tablespoons ketchup|
|2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley|
|1/2 teaspoon salt|
|Cayenne seasoning, to taste|
|1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper|
|2 pounds shrimp, cooked and chilled|
- Place the first 14 ingredients in a food processor and pulse until fairly smooth but with some remaining texture. Chill.
- Arrange the shrimp on a tray or other serving dish and put the remoulade in a small bowl for dipping.
