Honey Lime Chopped Salad

Fresh and crisp with a sweet-tart finish.
|1/4 cup lime juice|
|1/4 cup rice wine vinegar|
|2 tablespoons honey|
|3/4 cup olive oil|
|1 clove garlic, chopped|
|Salt, to taste|
|Cracked black pepper, to taste|
|6 cups chopped Napa cabbage|
|2 green onions, sliced|
|1/2 cup chopped sweet cherry peppers|
|1/4 cup chopped cilantro|
- Pour lime juice, rice wine vinegar, honey, olive oil and garlic into a blender. Season with salt and pepper. Pulse until smooth. Set aside.
- Combine chopped Napa cabbage, sliced green onions, chopped sweet cherry peppers and cilantro in mixing bowl.
- Pour dressing over top and toss until well coated.
- Use salad tongs to transfer salad to serving plates and enjoy!
