A simple recipe for a delicious seafood dish.
|1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined |
|2 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning |
|2 tablespoons butter |
|1 package rice, cooked |
- Coat shrimp with seasoning.
- Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp; cook and stir 3 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink. Serve over cooked rice, if desired.
