Mixed Green Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette

A healthy and full flavored salad.
|1 head red leaf lettuce|
|1/2 head romaine lettuce|
|1 cup baby spinach|
|6 tablespoons walnut oil|
|2 teaspoons white wine vinegar|
|2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice|
|1 green onion, minced|
|1/4 teaspoon sugar|
|Salt, to taste|
|Ground black pepper, to taste|
- Wash all lettuce thoroughly and dry well. Tear into medium to large-sized pieces. In a large serving bowl, combine oil, vinegar, lemon juice, green onion, sugar, and salt and pepper. Whisk until emulsified. Adjust the seasonings as desired.
- Toss the lettuce with the vinaigrette and serve.
