Popcorn-Mixed Nut Snack Mix

Makes About 18 Cups |
|2 cups unsalted mixed nuts|
|nonstick cooking spray|
|1 tsp. onion powder|
|1 tsp. garlic powder|
|2 tsp. smoked paprika|
|1/2 tsp. salt|
|1 3.5 oz. bag microwave popcorn|
|2 cups wasabi peas|
|2 cups cheese snacks|
|2 cups pretzel snaps|
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil. Spread nuts on baking sheet then lightly coat with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, stir together onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon over nuts. Place baking sheet in oven for 8 minutes, or until nuts are fragrant and toasted.
- During last two minutes of baking time, microwave popcorn according to package directions. As soon as popcorn is popped, place in a large bowl then sprinkle with remaining onion powder mixture; toss to coat. Add toasted nuts, wasabi peas, cheese snacks, and pretzel snaps; toss to combine.
