Breakfast Burrito with Ham and Eggs

|1/2 teaspoon salt|
|1 tablespoon butter|
|1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded and divided|
|1/4 cup salsa, more for garnish|
|1/2 cup fully cooked ham, chopped|
|2 flour tortillas, warmed|
|Sour cream, for garnish|
- Place eggs and salt in a small bowl; whisk to combine.
- Add butter to a large skillet set over medium heat; heat until hot. Add eggs to skillet then cook and stir until eggs are partially set.
- Add 1/4 cup cheese, salsa and ham to skillet. Cook and stir until eggs are completely set. Spoon scrambled egg mixture evenly between tortillas. Sprinkle eggs evenly with remaining cheese.
- Fold sides and ends over filling then roll up. Top with extra salsa and sour cream.
