Gingered Turkey Salad

Highly flavorful and very easy to prepare.
|2 cups chopped cooked turkey breast|
|1 can pineapple chunks, drained, 8 oz.|
|1/2 cup chopped celery|
|1/4 cup chopped green onions|
|1/2 cup mayonnaise|
|1 tablespoon honey|
|1 teaspoon ground ginger|
|1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper|
|1/2 red bell pepper, cut into strips|
- Combine mayonnaise, honey, ginger and black pepper in a mixing bowl to make dressing. Stir together well.
- Toss together turkey, pineapple, celery, and green onions to dressing in a salad bowl.
- Add dressing to salad and toss to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Spoon salad onto serving plates. Top with red pepper strips and enjoy!
