Sour Cream and Bacon Dip

Makes About 4 Cups
|1 2.1 oz. package fully cooked bacon slices|
|1 16 oz. container sour cream|
|2 tsp. hot sauce|
|1/3 cup fresh chives, sliced, plus extra for garnishing|
|2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded|
- Microwave bacon until crisp, according to package directions; drain on paper towels. Once cooled, about 10 minutes, crumble.
- In a bowl, combine bacon, sour cream, hot sauce, chives, and cheese. Cover then chill for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
- Before serving garnish with chives. Pairs well with waffle fries.
