Apple Cinnamon Iced Tea

Serves 9 cups
A symphony of flavor in every sip.
|2 quarts hot unsweetened tea|
|12 oz apple juice concentrate|
|1 lemon, sliced|
|1 piece fresh ginger, sliced|
|3 cinnamon sticks|
|1 vanilla bean, split|
- Combine tea, apple juice, lemon, ginger, cinnamon and vanilla bean in a serving pitcher.
- Place in the refrigerator to chill for 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Before serving, remove ginger, cinnamon and vanilla bean.
- Place ice cubes in serving glasses. Pour tea over top and enjoy!
