Grilled T-Bones with BBQ Rub

Become a backyard legend with this easy grilled T-bone recipe.
|2 2 to 4 lbs. total beef T-Bone steaks, cut 1" thick|
|2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar|
|2 Tbsp. chili powder|
|1 Tbsp. cumin, ground|
|2 tsp. garlic, minced|
|2 tsp. cider vinegar|
|1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce|
|1/4 tsp. red pepper, ground|
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, chili powder, cumin, garlic, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and red pepper; press evenly onto steaks.
- Place steaks on grill grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, covered, 11 to 16 minutes (or over medium heat on a preheated gas grill, 15 to 19 minutes) for medium rare (145°F) to medium (160°F) doneness, turning occasionally.
- Remove bones and carve steaks into slices.
- Season with salt, if desired, and serve.
