Parmesan Mashed Potatoes

A cheesy addition to dinnertime.
|2 lb russet potatoes, scrubbed and quartered|
|Water, for boiling|
|3 cloves garlic, crushed|
|1/3 cup milk|
|3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese|
|3/4 teaspoon salt|
- Place potatoes in a large pot, cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Drain water and transfer to a mixing bowl. Mash potatoes until smooth. Add milk, cheese, salt and garlic, beat until light and fluffy.
