Garden Vegetable Salad

Light, flavorful and oh so tasty!
|1/2 pint cherry tomatoes|
|1 medium vidalia onion|
|2 green bell peppers|
|1/2 bunch radishes|
|3/4 tsp. salt|
|1/4 tsp. pepper|
|4 tsp. sugar|
|4 tsp. vinegar|
- Clean and cut vegetables into small chunks and put in large bowl.
- Add seasonings, sugar and vinegar and stir well.
- Refrigerate at least 1 to 2 hours to blend the flavors.
- Top on Dole Teen Spinach
