Cheese Ravioli with SautÃ©ed Zucchini

Deliciously healthy and quick.
|1 lb cheese ravioli|
|2 tablespoons olive oil|
|3 zucchini, rinsed, dried, trimmed and sliced into thin half-moons|
|1/2 teaspoon salt|
|1/4 teaspoon pepper|
|2 cloves garlic, peeled and thinly sliced|
|1/2 cup grated Parmesan|
- Cook the ravioli according to package directions. Drain water in colander and return to pot.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add zucchini and season with salt and pepper. Cook until just tender, about 4-5 minutes. Add the garlic; cook for 2 minutes.
- Add zucchini mixture and 1/4 cup of Parmesan to ravioli, tossing gently to combine. Serve ravioli with remaining Parmesan.
