Serves 1 bowl
The party dip everyone loves.
|1 cup mayonnaise|
|2 tablespoons lemon juice|
|2 tablespoons prepared mustard|
|1 teaspoon prepared horseradish|
|1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce|
|1 tablespoon olive oil|
|1/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs|
|2 cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped, 12 oz. each|
|1 onion, minced|
|1 cup grated parmesan cheese|
|Salt, to taste|
|Pepper, to taste|
|French bread or chopped vegetables, for serving|
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, oil, salt and pepper until well blended. Add artichoke hearts, parmesan cheese and onion, mix well.
- Spread mixture in a square baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top. Cover with foil and bake until for 20-30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15-20 minutes. (Until top is lightly browned)
- Transfer to large bowl, serve with bread and/or vegetables and enjoy.
