Bean and Sausage Soup

A satisfying soup that's ready in no time.
|24 oz vegetable juice|
|1 can chili with beans, 15 oz.|
|2 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, with onions and peppers|
|8 oz sausage, cooked, halved lengthwise and chopped|
|1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese|
- In a large saucepan combine vegetable juice cocktail, chili beans, potatoes, and sausage. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer for 10 minutes or till potatoes are tender.
- Sprinkle each serving with cheddar cheese.
