Creamy Chicken & Broccoli Casserole

A delicious combination of cheese, chicken and broccoli.
|8 oz sour cream|
|1 cup milk|
|1 cup water|
|1 teaspoon salt|
|1 teaspoon pepper|
|1 v cream of chicken soup, undiluted, 11 oz.|
|2 cups chopped cooked chicken|
|1 cup uncooked rice|
|1 package frozen cut broccoli, 10 oz.|
|1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese|
|1/2 cup fine, dry breadcrumbs|
- Preheat oven 350° F.
- In a large bowl, combine sour cream, milk, water, salt, pepper and soup.
- Add chicken, rice and broccoli and stir to combine.
- Spoon casserole into a lightly greased 13-x9-x2-inch baking dish; sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Cover and bake casserole for 1 hour and 10 minutes; uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
