Blue Cheese Chicken Salad Sandwiches

There's so much flavor packed into this small sandwich!
|6 soft rolls|
|6 ounces creamy blue cheese|
|2 cups chopped cooked chicken|
|2/3 cup chopped celery|
|1/3 cup light mayonnaise|
|1/3 cup thinly sliced green onion|
|2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice|
|Salt, to taste|
|Ground black pepper, to taste|
- Divide blue cheese evenly among the rolls.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Spoon the mixture onto rolls.
- Serve immediately, or wrap sandwiches tightly in foil and chill to serve later.
