Serves 1 pie
|1 cup plain yogurt|
|8 oz cream cheese, softened|
|1/3 cup sugar|
|1 teaspoon vanilla extract|
|4 kiwifruits, peeled and sliced|
|1 pre-made pie crust|
- Place 1 sliced kiwifruit, yogurt, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract in a blender. Pulse until mixed.
- Pour filling into pastry bag fitted with large star tip. Pipe filling into prepared crust; top with remaining kiwifruit slices. Place in refrigerator to cool until ready to serve.
