Buttery Bacon Guacamole Grilled Cheese

Serves 1 sandwich

Full of flavor and toasted to perfection.


1/4 cup shredded Cheddar Jack cheese
1 tablespoon crumbled tortilla chips
2 slices sour dough bread
2 tablespoons guacamole
2 slices bacon
1 tablespoon butter


  1. Cook bacon in a pan on medium-high, until crispy. Drain grease. Return pan to stovetop, reduce to medium.
  2. Butter one side of sour dough bread. Turn over and sprinkle half the cheese. Layer crumbled tortilla chips, guacamole, bacon and remaining cheese.
  3. Place second slice of bread on top. Spread butter on bread.
  4. Place sandwich in pan, cook sandwich 2-3 minutes, until golden brown. Flip and cook 2-3 minutes.
