Mixed Green Salad with Strawberries and Golden Raisins

Light, fresh and deliciously easy!
|1 pint strawberries, rinsed, hulled and quartered|
|3 tablespoons golden raisins|
|1/3 cup chopped celery|
|1/3 cup chopped red onion|
|1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds|
|1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon|
|1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar|
|1 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil|
|1/2 teaspoon paprika|
|1/8 teaspoon salt|
|1/8 teaspoon black pepper|
|4 cups mixed salad greens|
- In a bowl, combine strawberries, raisins, celery and red onion.
- In a small bowl, combine then whisk together sesame seeds, tarragon, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, paprika, salt and black pepper. Pour over strawberry mixture; toss well to coat. Cover and chill for 1 hour before serving over salad greens. Add precooked chicken to salad, if desired, for a hearty meal.
