Zesty Baked Catfish

Perfectly seasoned for easy enjoyment.
|1 1/2 teaspoons paprika|
|1/4 teaspoon salt|
|1 teaspoon canola oil|
|1/2 teaspoon dried basil|
|1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper|
|1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper|
|1 teaspoon lemon juice|
|1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon|
|2 catfish fillets|
- Preheat oven to 350° F
- Combine lemon juice and canola oil in a small bowl. Brush over catfish fillets.
- Combine paprika, salt, basil, black pepper, cayenne pepper and tarragon. Evenly coat catfish fillets with mixture.
- Place catfish fillets in baking pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
