Baked Alaskan King Crab Legs





Serves 3
Nothing beats the quality and flavor of Alaskan King Crab legs.
Ingredients:
3 lb Alaskan King Crab legs |
1 stick unsalted butter |
1 clove garlic, peeled & crushed |
Kosher Salt, to taste |
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice |
Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Over a low heat, melt the butter with the garlic and a pinch of salt in a small pan. Add the lemon juice and keep on low heat.
- Put crab legs on a baking tray, (approx 9 x 13) brush with melted lemon butter and place in oven.
- Bake for 30 minutes, brushing occasionally with lemon butter. Reserve some of the butter to be used for a dip when the crab is served.
