Smoky and Sweet Barbecue Pork Quesadilla

A perfect single serving quesadilla that really hits the spot.
|1 tablespoon agave nectar|
|1/2 lb pulled pork, (cooked)|
|1 apple wedge, (quarter an apple)|
|2 tablespoons barbecue sauce|
- Heat up pork in a greased saucepan on medium heat. Add barbecue sauce, agave nectar and apple to pan. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add butter to a second saucepan, coat evenly. Turn to medium heat, add 1 tortilla, cook until lightly browned, flip and repeat, set aside. Cook second tortilla in same pan, until lightly browned on both sides.
- Add filling to tortilla, sprinkle cheese on top, cover with second tortilla and cook until cheese has melted. Flip and cook additional 2-4 minutes.
- Remove from pan, cut in half and enjoy!
