|1 tablespoon olive oil|
|1 teaspoon ground coriander|
|1 teaspoon ground cumin|
|1/4 teaspoon black pepper|
|2 large yams, unpeeled, scrubbed and cut into thin strips|
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Place olive oil, coriander, cumin and black pepper in a large bowl; stir to combine. Add yams to bowl then toss to coat.
- Place cut yams on baking sheet in a single layer. Bake until browned, about 30 minutes, turning yams halfway through cooking time.
