Naturally Sweet Green Smoothie

Serves 1

A nutrient dense smoothie that has everything you need without sacrificing flavor. With vitamins A, C, E, K and zinc, calcium, magnesium and potassium to name just a few, this smoothie can’t be beat.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup berries
4 ice cubes
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 banana
1 cup spinach
12 oz. protein powder
Water, (add for consistency)

Directions:

  1. Combine berries, coconut oil, banana, ice cubes, protein powder and spinach in blender.
  2. Add water until desired consistency is reached. Serve and enjoy!
