Deliciously Seasoned Corn on the Cob

A real treat that is spiced to perfection. Great fresh, easy preparation for a later date.
|8 ears sweet corn, (shucked)|
|1 1/2 tablespoons smoked salt, (coarse)|
|1 1/2 tablespoons kosher salt|
|1 1/2 tablespoons sea salt|
|1 tablespoon black pepper, (coarse)|
|1 teaspoon paprika|
|2 teaspoons orange zest, (finely grated)|
|2 tablespoons vegetable oil, (for drizzling)|
|1 stick unsalted butter|
- Separate salts into individual bowls. Mix orange zest with sea salt. Mix paprika with kosher salt and pepper with smoked salt.
- Turn grill to medium heat. Evenly coat corn with vegetable oil. Grill corn to a light char for 15 minutes, turning often.
- Butter corn and serve with preffered seasoned salt.
