Baked Dill Salmon

|4 6 oz. each salmon fillets, about 1" thick|
|1 1/2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped|
|1/2 teaspoon kosher salt|
|1/8 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground|
|4 lemon wedges|
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Place salmon fillets on baking sheet then sprinkle fillets with dill, salt and black pepper.
- Bake fish until it flakes easily when tested with a fork, about 10 minutes, or bake fish until desired degree of doneness is reached. Serve with lemon wedges.
