Turkey Salad Sandwiches

A truly delectable dish that's always satisfying.
|1/4 cup celery, (finely chopped)|
|3 tablespoons mayonnaise, (fat-free)|
|2 tablespoons yogurt, (fat-free, plain)|
|2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped|
|1 tablespoon raisins|
|1/8 teaspoon cinnamon, (ground)|
|1/8 teaspoon nutmeg, (ground)|
|1 1/4 cups cooked turkey breast, (cubed)|
|1 small apple, (rinsed, dried, peeled, cored and chopped)|
|8 slices bread, (toasted)|
- Combine the first seven ingredients in a large bowl, then add chopped cooked turkey and apple; toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Spoon 3/4 cup of turkey mixture onto four slices of bread; top with remaining bread slices and serve.
