An easy slow cooked roast that's tendr, rich and flavorful.
|2 pounds chuck roast, (boneless)|
|1 package dry onion soup mix|
|1 can beef broth|
|1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce|
- Place roast on bottom of slow cooker. Add dry onion soup mix, beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Cook on low 9-10 hours. Take roast out and place on a plate.
- Shred with a fork. Place meat back in slow cooker and mix with juice. Serve on hamburger buns.
